Deposits
As a policy, we only accept 3 deposits per gender. Deposits on puppies are taken based on a first deposit received basis. If x-rays show more, we will go down the waiting list in the order in which we recieved contact from prospective homes. Therefore, we recommend sending your deposit as soon as possible to guarantee the pick of your choice as well as signing up for our to join the waiting list.
A deposit of $350.00 (US) will secure your pick. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that not enough puppies are born or the sex that you wanted is not available, your deposit can be transferred to another breeding / litter of puppies.

Shipping within the continental U.S. & Canada is free (a $500 value)!
We gladly ship internationally (world-wide), but you will be responsible for shipping & any other fees.

Elite Bully Nation Bully Pitbull puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free of any communicable disease at the time of transfer. Each puppy has been examined & vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian and has been given a clean bill of health. The buyer agrees to take their new puppy to a veterinarian of their choice for a check-up no less than 48 hrs after taking possession, failure to do so will render this Guarantee null & void. Illnesses not covered by the guarantee are dehydration, diarrhea or hypoglycemia as these can be prevented or easily corrected and can be common when young puppies are stressed by a move to a new home. Elite Bully Nation Pitbull Kennels provides a one (1) year, from whelping date, life-threatening genetic health guarantee. Problems must be presented in writing by a licensed veterinarian. A second opinion will also be the buyer's expense and at the discretion of Elite Bully Nation Pitbull Kennels. In the event of a problem, the puppy will be replaced in the same manner with one of like sex and quality when it is available. No cash refunds will be given. All sales are final. Elite Bully Nation Pitbull Kennels does not guarantee against Parvo, Corona, Coccidiosis, Giardia, Hernias or Collapsed Tracheal and Hypoglycemia, since these may involve trauma or environmental issues.
This Health Guarantee is offered to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
The Buyer agrees to provide proper care for the puppy, including nutrition, vet care, maintain immunizations, grooming care and to house the puppy properly & responsibly.
The buyer agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care and welfare for the duration of life.
FAQs
When Will Picks Be Made?:
Picks will be made @ 6 weeks of age. The person/s who reserved 1st pick will have first choice of the puppies... and so on down the line. That is why it is so very important to send in your deposits A.S.A.P. - to guarantee top pick of the litter!
When Is The Remainder of the Balance Due?:
Pups must be paid in full by 6 weeks of age. The failure to due so will result in the forfeiture of any and all monies & the puppy will be placed for sale / go to the next family on our waiting list.
Does EBN Guarantee A Specific Color of Puppy?:
We DO NOT. We do not breed for coat color alone, we breed for the complete Bully Pitbull package.
Are Deposits Refundable Due to Coat Color?:
They are not.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?:
We preffer PayPal & U.S. Postal Service Money Orders. PayPal costs you, the buyer, nothing to use. With PayPal you can send money using your Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal Balance & eCheck. If you send a U.S.P.S. Money Order, we suggest that you put tracking as well as insurance on it when you send it. We do not accept personal checks for payment.
